This is literally the easiest berry tart you will find! It is a great last minute dessert or pie for when you have guests or just feel like eating a berry tart. Yum with tea.
Grease a round pie dish. Roll out your pastry and carefully place in the dish. Push it up against the sides and press in at the edges. Use a fork to prick the pastry on the base. It helps the pastry to breathe so it won't be soggy.
Preheat the oven to 200°. Bake the pastry for 5 minutes and remove. Put on a heatproof surface. Mix the honey with the berries in a bowl and pour on the pastry. Spread them evenly to cover.
Sprinkle on the granola and add extra if needed. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for around 25 minutes.
Once the edges are turning golden brown it should be ready. Depending on your pastry, check the instructions as it may need longer but keep checking on it.
Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 5 mins. Serve with cream or eat as is. Enjoy with a cuppa.
