Pile small mounds of grated cheese on a baking sheet, spaced out to allow for expansion. You should fit 20 or more.
Bake at 200° for around 5 mins.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for at least 5 mins.
Once crispy, serve as a snack. Store in an airtight container.
