A cheese crisp

Easy Baked Cheese Crisps

These tasty snacks are ideal for appetisers and nibbles. They are filling and satisfy a craving. A great alternative to crisps or nuts.

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese/similar grated


  1. Pile small mounds of grated cheese on a baking sheet, spaced out to allow for expansion. You should fit 20 or more.

  2. Bake at 200° for around 5 mins.

  3. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for at least 5 mins.

  4. Once crispy, serve as a snack. Store in an airtight container.
