Trinidad was easily my favorite of the cities we visited on our trip. It is so colorful and bright, and the people are so friendly, its a city that invites you to forget the plan and just wander the streets taking in the sights. There is also a pretty spectacular beach for you to relax the day away, and a surprising amount of night life for a town so small.

We had such a great time exploring this town, my only regret is that we didn’t have more time here!
One recommendation: Stay at Casa Viny! The ladies who run the casa are so wonderful, they gave us great tips on things to do in the city, and really took care of me when I got sun poisoning (yes its a thing, do not forget the sunscreen).
