Scrumptious Kit Kat fudge is simple to make, fun to do with kids and tastes delish!
Line a 12" X 12" pan with baking paper. Heat a medium sized saucepan on the hob with the condensed milk, butter and honey/syrup on low. Keep stirring all the time so the mixture doesn't stick to the pan.
Once combined, add in your chocolate and stir well. Remove from the heat and finish combining the chocolate.
Pour half the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Now place the kit Kat fingers, slightly spaced along the top of the mixture. Pour on the remaining chocolate mixture to cover.
With the remaining Kit Kat, chop into a crumbly mixture to sprinkle all across the top of the fudge mixture.
Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. Once set, use a large chopping knife to cut into bite size squares or larger, depending on your preference.
Serve cold and put the rest back in the fridge - if there is any left! This will keep for up to a week. If you do give as a gift then it probably best to put in an airtight container and inform them to keep in the fridge.
Enjoy!
