It’s that time of year again where the weather gets a little chilly and the days are getting shorter. Soon it will be time to light the fire. Ooh its a nice cosy season with all the furry fabrics and soft furnishings. Time to get out the candles and furry slippers. Love it! I personally adore this time of year where my house transitions from a summery cool to a cosy sanctuary of warmth! So much fun shopping for plush textiles and warm colours as we move with the seasons towards those rich colours and darker tones. I have been scouring the shops to find the perfect items for you to create your cosy corner at home. Or if you are like me, your cosy living space and bedroom. I do go all-out since I love playing around with textiles and trinkets, especially scented candles! It doesn’t have to cost the earth either, there are so many bargains to be had and a huge selection so hopefully I can inspire you with a few ideas and you can recreate them at home. I have a lot of teas left from last year so I didn’t go crazy spending. The best thing about seasonal trends is that they usually come back into fashion. So I have found some classics that you can rely on as trusty favourites for years to come, as I do. Here goes…
