I received the two products I’m reviewing, by Healtop, free of charge in exchange for a review. I’m a massive natural skincare fan so I was naturally delighted to get my hands on these lovely products. They arrived in a lovely gift box with tissue paper and a little bow which was a a really nice personal touch. Like a present, which I suppose it was, so I was chuffed about that. I always think its nice to have things delivered in pretty packaging such as a gift box or bag. That is probably why I’m obsessed with subscription boxes. Anyway, the two products I received were a surprise, since I was emailing back and forth with someone from Healtop, who asked a few questions about the kinds of products I like and my skin type, whether I like essential oils and so on. I love anything natural and I’m an essential oil addict.
I couldn’t wait to see what I was getting. I was overjoyed to see a natural serum since I don’t actually own one yet so this was my first one to try. I have used facial oils many times and natural moisturiser etc. but never a serum so I tried it immediately on my hand. I had a full face of makeup on so said I would wait until the night time to try it out. It is a night time serum anyway but I just wanted to feel the texture and smell it. The texture was very luxurious and silky, not at all sticky like some serums can be. It glided on and wasn’t oily but just right for a good quality serum.
30mls is a good size and should last well.

It smelled absolutely divine so I was really looking forward to trying it on my face. Lots of lovely 100 percent natural ingredients including red algae which I had never heard of before. Grape seed oil, avocado oil, macadamia seed oil.
Vitamin E, lemon oil, bergamot oil, lavender oil, carrot seed oil, citral, linalool, limonene and geraniol essential oils. Full of lovely natural goodness and best of all no parabens, synthetic scents, SLS, petroleum, aluminium or alcohol.

I have to say the packaging is really a high standard, what you would expect from an expensive range. The serum dispenser was really very easy to use and no mess with a lovely metal finish which has a nice clean look and expensive feel to it. The glass containers are better than the usual plastic and look great with the frosted finish. They feel a nice weight too so again, just that packaging you expect from a luxury brand. Also re-usable if you ever make your own cosmetics or need a jar when its finished. I will definitely keep the empties so thats a plus and better for the environment.

So the next product I received was a tub of natural body cream, a good size tub of 100mls. It smells completely addictive! You can’t get the smell of it properly until you apply it. Then the scent is really released. Its made with coconut oil, sweet almond oil, beeswax, grape (vitas vinifera) seed oil and lavender oil. It really is very luxurious. The skin feels silky and soft and thoroughly moisturised after use. I have to say I’m hooked on this stuff. I love applying it and it’s such perfect consistency, it just slides on but not greasy or too oily and theres no shine it just gives a lovely moisturised and soft feel.
Everything about it feels luxurious so I feel like a primped princess every day now! It is definitely top quality, like you would find from expensive brands. I would actually go as far as to say this is the best body cream I have ever used. For me, its somewhere in between a balm and a cream. The amazing fact that it is all natural ingredients that give such a wonderful scent and texture just adds to the superior quality for me. It is Naturopath Approved.

I know these are products that I could never make at home by myself since the textures are really nothing I would be able to achieve. I do experiment with a lot of homemade masks and oils but I would honestly hand over the money for these kind of quality natural products. Natural skincare is the way forward in terms of cosmetics, I believe. I prefer to put these ingredients on my skin over chemicals any day. I have the tub of body cream beside me here and I keep reaching for it to apply it on my arms and hands! Im obsessed haha. The product is free of parabens, synthetic scents, mineral oils and other petroleum-based ingredients. It is cruelty free and has the symbols I always check for to see it is certified natural.
I highly recommend these products and I’ll definitely be trying more from the range. I’m so happy to see more natural skincare on the market and I’m confident this brand meets my expectations. Beware of some companies claiming to be natural and organic when in fact they contain chemicals. Always check the labels or do your research before making a purchase.
Do let me know in the comments below if you decide to try any of the products from their range. I would love to hear about more of their fab products and hear your feedback.
Take care of yourself!

Thanks for sharing, I do tend to think that natural skin care products do not work as well but reading your post, I feel I should give this a try.
Was wondering where the best place is to purchase healtop can be online.
