Easy Peachy Spring Makeup Tutorial

By Glamorously You

Spring has officially sprung and that means a transformation must be under way! This season begs for a rebirth and refreshment in every aspect of our lives, including our style. We’re shedding layers, brightening up our wardrobe, and having more fun with our makeup.

This season, we’ll be seeing a lot of fresh, simple makeup looks that enhance our natural features. I am a huge believer in super simple makeup looks that are flattering on everyone, which is why I just had to share this tutorial with you!

Peach is a universally flattering color and everyone’s eyes get taken up a notch with a good winged liner. I made those two things the anchors of this look for those precise reasons. This has become my go-to spring makeup look and I hope it can be the same for you! Let’s get started.

Here is what I used for my base makeup:

  • Rimmel Stay Matte Primer
  • L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation, “107 Fresh Beige”
  • Maybelline Fit Me Concealer, “Medium”
  • Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Translucent Powder
  • Milani Baked Blush, “Luminoso”
  • For highlighter, I used “Nectar” from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette

Now, let’s dive into the eye look! It’s a simple peachy eye with a little bit of sparkle and a subtle winged liner. I used the Sweet Peach Palette for the entire look, but the shades I used are easy to find from any brand.

Step 1

As a base, I swiped “Peaches ‘N Cream” all over the eye with a dense fluffy brush.

Step 2

With a fluffy brush, I then took “Summer Yum” and focused it in my crease. I also blended this down to the lid as a base for the shimmer shade I would add next.

Step 3

I dampened a flat brush and then patted “Just Peachy” all over the lid.

Step 4

To add some extra glam, I used a small pencil brush to highlight the brow bone and inner corner using “Nectar”.

Step 5

I used NYX Epic Ink Liquid Liner to add a thin winged liner.

Step 6

I finished the look with L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara on the lashes and Urban Decay “Uptight” lipstick on the lips!

I love this look because it is rather neutral but it has a freshness and versatility that looks great on anyone. It doesn’t take a lot of skill to do and you can totally switch out different parts if you like. You can experiment with different lipsticks or even try out a fun colored eyeliner!

Let me know if you try out this look on your own! Tag me @glamorouslyyoublog on IG and use the hashtag #glamorouslyyou. I would love to see how you recreate it.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and I wish you a very happy Spring!
