We all want to stay fit and active every day. But sometimes due to no work or over-work or just being unwilling, we become inactive and unfit. Here I’m going to give you some super-simple and easy tips to improve health and fitness in your everyday life. You will notice difference in yourself in just one week following these tips.

Start Your Day with Lemon Water

Lemon water has proven benefits for your stomach, skin, hair and liver. It improves your metabolism, makes your skin glow, gives you shiny hair and keeps your liver healthy. Make it a habit to begin your day with one glass of fresh water (you may use lukewarm your water if you wish) with one or half a lemon squeezed in it. It will also help you in maintaining a healthy weight.

Light Exercise

Walking is the simplest and easiest exercise that you can do. It is the most recommended of all exercises. Walking is best when it’s brisk. But if you can’t go on a brisk walk, walk normally. Do make it a part of your everyday life. Alternatively, you can dance or play some outdoor games, even with your kids. This helps keep you full of energy.

Music is a very soothing medicine for stressed minds. Listening to your favorite music when you are free or even when you are doing some household chores will freshen up your mind. It will cheer you up when you feel low and thus take good care of your mental health.

Nowadays in our busy lives, we eat anything just to fill our tummy. Our nutritional needs suffer badly due to this. This is one important reason for our being unfit and unhealthy. So, to fulfil our nutritional needs we MUST eat at least one fruit daily. Substituting fruits with packaged fruit juices is a really bad option. Fresh fruits are the best for us and can’t be replaced with anything.

Meditation has huge benefits for mental health. You practice it everyday as long as you wish. It may be for 5 to 10 minutes or even 30 minutes as you like. Connect your mind and soul and you will feel happy and satisfied. It helps you face problems, the challenges of your day to day life and see things positively.
